Pengetahuan Sosial Melalui Pembelajaran Kooperatif Model Think-Pair-Share Pada
Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kepil Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013
ABTRAK
Manusia memiliki derajat potensi, latar belakang
historis, serta harapan masa depan yang berbeda-beda. Karena adanya perbedaan,
manusia dapat silih asah (saling mencerdaskan). Pembelajaran kooperatif secara
sadar menciptakan interaksi yang silih asah, sehingga sumber belajar bagi siswa
bukan hanya guru dan buku ajar tetapi juga sesama siswa.Penelitian ini
berdasarkan permasalahan: (a) Apakah pembelajaran kooperatif model
Think-Pair-Share berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial?
(b) Seberapa tinggi tingkat penguasaan materi pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan
sosial dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran kooperatif model
Think-Pair-Share? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (a) Untuk mengungkap
pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif model Think-Pair-Share terhadap hasil belajar
ilmu pengetahuan sosial. (b) Ingin mengetahui seberapa jauh pemahaman dan
penguasaan mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial setelah diterapkannya
pembelajaran kooperatif model Think-Pair-Share. Penelitian ini menggunakan
penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap
putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan,
refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 2
Kepil. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan
belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa
mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (60,71%),
siklus II (75,00%), siklus III (89,29%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah
metode kooperatif model Think-Pair-Share dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap
motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Kepil, serta model pembelajaran ini
dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative ilmu pengetahuan sosial.

have a degree of potency, historical background and future expectations are
different. Because of the differences, people can penance teaser (mutual
intellectual). Cooperative learning to consciously create successive
interactions teaser, so the source of learning for teachers and students not
only textbooks but also fellow siswa.Penelitian is based on problems: (a) Is
cooperative learning model of Think-Pair-Share effect on learning outcomes of
social science ? (b) How high is the level of mastery of the subject matter of
social science with the implementation of cooperative learning model of
Think-Pair-Share? The purpose of this study was: (a) To reveal the effect of
cooperative learning model of Think-Pair-Share the learning outcomes of social
science. (b) Want to know how much understanding and mastery of the subjects of
Social Sciences after the implementation of cooperative learning model of
Think-Pair-Share. This study uses action research (action research) as many as
three rounds. Each round consists of four phases: design, events and
observations, reflections, and refisi. Objectives of this study were students
of Grade VI Elementary School 2 Kepil. Data obtained in the form of formative
test results, observation sheet teaching and learning activities. From the
results obtained analysts that student achievement increased from the first
cycle through the third cycle, the first cycle (60.71%), cycle II (75.00%),
cycle III (89.29%). Conclusions from this research is a model of cooperative
method of Think-Pair-Share can be a positive influence on students' motivation
Elementary School sixth grade 2 Kepil and learning model can be used as one of
the alternative social science.
